Contents of the Campus Cyber Wiki are covered by the Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 France (CC BY 2.0 FR) license.

In general, any use of a name or logo protected by trademark law requires the agreement of its owner.

In particular, the Campus Cyber logotype is protected by a trademark registered with the Institut national de la propriété industrielle. Any use of this logo is subject to prior authorization by Campus Cyber.

In any event, the use or modification of all or part of the content of the Campus Cyber Wiki on any medium does not constitute approval of that medium by Campus Cyber.

Where applicable, requests for authorization to reproduce or represent content must first be addressed to Campus Cyber, by writing to the following email address:

"PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (PRIVACY POLICY)"

In the course of using the Campus Cyber Wiki (hereinafter referred to as the "Wiki"), the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") may be required to transmit personal data to Campus Cyber (hereinafter referred to as the "Campus") in the course of using the contact form. The data controller is Michel van Den Berghe , Campus Cyber President.

Any use of the website, and in particular any use of the contact form, implies acceptance of the present paragraph relating to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy").

Required fields are indicated on the contact form. The Campus, as data controller, undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of the User's personal data is carried out lawfully, fairly and transparently, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) ("RGPD") and the French Data Protection Act of 1978 as amended ("LIL") .

This collection of information is limited to what is necessary to process the request, in accordance with the principle of data minimization. The definitions provided in Article 4 of the RGPD are applicable herein.

Objet

The Privacy Policy defines the rules applicable to the collection and processing of the User's personal data when browsing the Wiki and using the contact form.

Identity and contact details of the data controller

Delphine Perez , Campus Cyber's Communications Director, is responsible for processing the personal data submitted by Users when registering on the Site and throughout the recruitment process.

Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 1. a) of the RGPD, i.e. the User's consent.

Indeed, when using the contact form, the User consents to the collection of his/her personal data by checking online the acceptance box of the Privacy Policy included in the legal notice of the Site, which he/she declares to have read.

Personal data collected

A. Data provided by the User to Campus Cyber

By submitting a contact form, the User communicates to Campus Cyber his/her surname, first name, e-mail address, company and the status of this company in order for the request to be processed.

In using the contact form and the Wiki, the User undertakes not to divulge any personal information, in particular the personal data of third parties without their consent, nor to make any unlawful statements or content, in particular any content that is counterfeit, defamatory, abusive, insulting, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, violent, xenophobic, inciting to racial hatred or advocating terrorism; or any other content that is contrary to applicable legislation and regulations as well as good morals and rules of etiquette.

B. Cookie

Third-party sites (notably Youtube) may use cookies. They do so in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Purpose of processing

Personal data collected from the User is used for the following purposes : processing the request sent via the contact for.


Retention period for personal data provided by the User

Campus Cyber undertakes to keep the personal data communicated by the User only for as long as is strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes, and in any event within the limits imposed by law. Thus, depending on the type of personal data, the retention period may not exceed 12 months.

The Campus undertakes to delete the User's personal data from the Site's databases at the end of the aforementioned periods.

Recipients of personal data

The recipients of the User's personal data are the personnel involved in the management of Campus Cyber, namely :

- Campus Cyber teams, in particular its communications department;

Subcontracting and transfer of personal data

The User's personal data are for the internal use of the services in charge of the Cyber Campus. They are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties, except with the express consent of the User or if the User has decided to make them public.

In the event of communication of the User's personal data to a third party, regardless of its status, the Campus will first ensure that the third party is bound to apply conditions of confidentiality ensuring at least the same level of guarantees as its own.

The Campus undertakes to (i) ensure that any processor presents sufficient and appropriate contractual guarantees to respect the rights of the User, so that the processing meets the requirements of the RGPD and (ii) comply with the provisions of the RGPD applicable to data transfers.

On the basis of legal obligations, the User's personal data may be disclosed pursuant to a law, regulation or decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority.

Security of personal data

Campus Cyber implements all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and compliance of personal data processing, as well as the confidentiality of such data.

In this respect, the Campus takes all necessary precautions on the Wiki (in particular data encryption), with regard to the nature of the data and the risks presented by the Wiki, in order to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

  1. Droits de l’Utilisateur

MATOMO

Le Wiki du Campus Cyber utilise Matomo. Toutes les mesures sont mises en place afin de respecter le RGPD.

Conformément à la réglementation européenne en vigueur, l’Utilisateur dispose des droits suivants :

  • droit d’accès (article 15 du RGPD), de rectification, de mise à jour et de complétude de ses données (article 16 du RGPD) ;
  • droit d’effacement de ses données dans les conditions prévues à l’article 17 du RGPD. L’exercice du droit d’effacement des données par l’Utilisateur entraînera la suppression de son compte et des éventuelles candidatures déposées ;
  • droit à la limitation du traitement de ses données (article 18 du RGPD) ;
  • droit à la portabilité des données qu’il a fournies  (article 20 du RGPD).

Dans ce cas, l’Utilisateur doit préciser quelles sont les données concernées par sa demande et justifier de son identité (fournir une copie d’une pièce d’identité). Par ailleurs, dès que le Campus a connaissance du décès d’un Utilisateur, elle s’engage à détruire ses données, sauf si leur conservation s’avère nécessaire afin de répondre à une obligation légale.

Si l’Utilisateur estime, après avoir contacté le Campus, que les droits sur ses données n’ont pas été respectés, il peut introduire une réclamation auprès de la CNIL.
