Définition du message (Challenge Innovation - Mission SMART)
Cet Appel à Solutions est constitué de deux volets : 
- Volet 1 les solutions matures : c’est-à-dire aux candidats disposant d’une solution « prête pour la production » directement utilisable par un tiers, après un potentiel « paramétrage » qui couvrent l'un des 4 axes.
- Voler 2 Preuves de concept : c’est-à-dire aux candidats disposant d’une solution technique en open source couvrant l'un quatre axes
