WG Awareness Logbook

On 28/06/23, the Awareness - General Public WG worked on:

  • The distribution of Fraud Fight Club as part of the enhanced cyber communication plan
  • A round table discussion with details from each participant on :
    • The start date for distribution
    • The channels
    • Modalities and content
    • Potential number of people reached
  • The next step in the Cybermois augmented cyber communication plan.


It has taken the decisions to:

  • Set the RETEX date for the autumn
  • To continue to exchange information by email, as communications progress
  • Adapt the modelling at a later date, depending on the feedback.


On 31/05/23, the Awareness - General Public WG worked on:

  • Brainstorming on interesting themes to highlight during Cybermois


It has taken the decisions to:

  • Broadcast the Fraud Fight Club campaign over 3 weeks, starting in the last week of June.
  • Carry out an on-the-spot feedback in mid-July
  • Identify relevant media for the second Cybermois broadcast in October.


On 12/04/23, the Awareness - General Public WG worked on:

  • The progress made by each party as part of the mass, coordinated dissemination of "Fraud Fight Club" material
  • The form that the communication kit to be supplied by the Cyber Campus should take.
  • Define a go date for communication and a deadline for collecting feedback.


He made the decisions to:

  • Create a turnkey communication kit with different visuals including the Campus logo + a speech that can be adapted for each entity.


On 12/04/23, the Awareness - General Public WG worked on:

  • Awareness-raising initiatives aimed at SME managers


He made the decisions to:

  • Selecting two priority targets: IT service providers and insurance banks, with 2 teams to work on the issues.


On 12/04/23, the Awareness - General Public WG worked on:

  • The enhanced cyber communication plan
  • Presentation of Mastercard's "Fraud Fight Club" medium


He made the decisions to:

  • Identify the channels used by the various entities
  • Draft a detailed memo on the Awareness WG and the PCCA and defend it to the internal communications teams.
  • Distribute the white-label Fraud Fight Club support on a massive and synchronised basis


On 15/02/23, the Awareness WG (SMEs and VSEs) worked on the choice of priority targets for the initial awareness-raising messages.

It decided to select a limited number of types of stakeholder to make direct contact with and move forward with setting up the messages/formats of the awareness-raising materials.


On 08/02/23, the Awareness WG presented the enhanced cyber communication plan to the entire community of interest.

He made the decisions to:

  • Review progress in 3 weeks' time with feedback from members who wish to take part.
  • List existing resources that can be disseminated
  • Share the table listing the channels that can be activated for each entity
  • Send a note presenting the project so that participants can pass it on to their communications departments.


Members of the community of interest are keen to get involved in the project.


On 12/04/23, the Awareness - General Public WG worked on:

  • Finalisation of the matrix of the circle of confidence of VSE-SME managers
  • Validation of each company's internal process for activating the cyber-enhanced communication plan


He made the decisions to:

  • Define an action plan to define the formats and messages for the SME.
  • Identifier une ressource de diffuser et discuter autour de la modélisation pour la partie Grand Public


Le 11/01/23, le GT Sensibilisation a travaillé sur : ​

  • La matrice pour recenser les acteurs du cercle de confiance des dirigeants TPE-PME pour les actions de sensibilisation entreprises​
  • Le plan de communication cyber-augmenté à destination du grand public ​


Il a pris les décisions de : ​

  • Finaliser l'identification des acteurs du cercle de confiance des dirigeants TPE-PME et définir les acteurs prioritaires​ pour la partie Sensibilisation PME-TPE​
  • Se concentrer sur la cible des actifs digitaux et mettre en place un plan d'action structuré pour la sensibilisation grand public​


Il est à noter qu'un test de mise en œuvre effective du plan de communication cyber augmenté sera prévu dans les prochains mois.
