Objective: Identify the tasks and skills required for Cloud analysts (N1, N2, N3; SOC Cloud manager; SOC Cloud technical administrator).

Expected deliverables:  
- A job description for each level of analyst, summarising the key skills;
- A framework exercise and proposals for supervised practices for each level;
- A certification reference framework.
