RACI for cybersecurity activities in agile projects

Category: Common Status: Production 1 : Idea - 2 : Prototype - 3 : Validation - 4 : Production

Description

Produced as part of the Agile Cybersecurity Working Group, this RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix is a model for distributing responsibilities among different roles in relation to security activities, at the level of an application-type product (activities in green) and a set of products or an organization (activities in blue), in a context where an agile project management methodology is used. It is designed to be applicable to any type of organization, regardless of size, but will nevertheless need to be adapted to the target structure.

This matrix is a tool for implementing a target operational model in order to roll out an Application Security approach in an Agile context. The responsibilities listed in the cells should not be taken literally, but rather as examples of possible applications.
